These terms and conditions (hereinafter: T&C) determine ordering, payment, delivery and product complaints that are offered on this site. Stolnik.hr website can be used for your personal use at no charge according to the following terms and conditions.
Seller is STOLNIK Production and trade craft,Zagreb, Vlaška 58, Croatia (hereinafter: Seller) and the customer is the visitor of this site who fills the electronic order and makes payment by credit card or cash on delivery.
The customer must carefully read the T&C before making any purchase order. With acceptance of the T&C and placing of an order, the customer acknowledges that it:
has read understood and fully accepted the T&C without reserve; is a consumer wanting to purchase the Products exclusively for personal use and not for resale, reproduction, or copying the design, within the context of any commercial or business activity of any kind whatsoever; authorizes Seller to store, process, use and transfer the personal data contained in the order to third parties, for the purpose of fulfilling the same.
Customer orders the product or products through electronic order form. Customer is any person who orders at least one product, fills in the required information and submits an order.
All prices are in Croatian national currency, the Croatian Kuna (HRK), or Euro, including VAT. Goods are ordered electronically, by clicking on a particular product and placing it in the basket. Goods are considered to be ordered when the customer chooses and confirms payment. If a specific product listed on the Customer’s order is no longer in stock, Seller shall in no way be bound to supply the product in question, but will only be obliged to inform the customer of said circumstance.
Ordered products or services can be paid online to one of the following credit cards: American Express®, MasterCard®, Maestro®, Visa, Diners and Discover. The prices of the products will always be the ones indicated in the invoice in the currency
indicated in the shopping card
Ordered products are packaged in such a way that during normal handling are not damaged. By receiving the product, Customer is obliged to check the status of shipment and in the event of damage immediately report it to deliverer (employees of the company making the delivery). Seller disclaims all liability in respect of defects which may occur during shipping. If the customer does not receive the goods, or a notice of delivery, after it has been sent, the buyer has the right to notify the seller to take necessary actions to find items. If the customer refuses to receive the goods ordered, the Seller has the right to seek compensation from the Customer for all costs related to delivery. Seller agrees to send the consignment to the buyer at the moment of the receipt of a certificate authorizing online transactions. Upon receipt and confirmation of the payment, Seller agrees to send the shipment within a five (5) working days. Having courier (the company making the delivery) receipt of the shipment, Seller is not responsible for the further course delivery and possible delays and problems that may arise regarding further manipulation and delivery of goods.
Seller agrees to deliver a product that is technically correct and fits the description of the product specified in www.stolnik.hr. The picture that illustrates the product on the website does not necessarily correspond to the actual appearance of the product and the customer can not advertise this segment. Seller is not responsible for any damage and other liabilities that are in the domain of suppliers (the company that performs the delivery of the product).
Seller reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions. Any changes will apply to the use stolnik.hr page. Customer is responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information upon purchase. Services offered by stolnik.hr Internet stores do not include the costs incurred by using computer equipment and services to access our site. Seller is not responsible for the cost of telephone, Internet traffic, or any other expenses that may occur. Though Seller strives to provide the best possible service offerings, Seller can not guarantee that the services on www.stolnik.hr suits your needs. Seller also can not guarantee that the service will be errorfree. If an error occurs, please contact us at the email email@example.com so that we can act to remove the error as quickly as possible.
